Solaris | Visitor Guide
Welcome to Solaris.
Dear visitors, We hope you would enjoy your time at the aquarium! To ensure a stellar experience, please read the following before your visit:
Solaris’s location, operating hours and contact information are only available following your reservation. We assure you there is nothing to worry, the aquarium is a real space, and a memorable place.
Upon your arrival, please check in and redeem your physical tickets at the entrance via any available kiosks. It is normal, and by design, for the the printed content on your physical tickets to become illegible overnight after the day of visit.
The aquarium sometimes photograph and record visitors for documentation purposes. Entry to Solaris grants permission for the usage of your likeness.
Please do not touch any of the glass tanks. While our water tanks are temperature and climate control, they may fog up with human contact and create unnecessary confusion for our sea creatures.
If any sea creatures appear to be asleep, please refrain from loud noises and any other form of disturbances. Specifically, jellyfish may sometimes get tangled among each other, or seemingly start to free fall in their habitats. There is no need to inform our staff, such occurrences are only natural.
Similarly, in order to provide a pleasant and peaceful visits for our guests, we encourage you to refrain from extended conversations among each other inside the exhibitions; however, Nowhere Lounge is open to all guests in the evening operating hours, sunset to midnight daily, for relaxation and discussion alike.
In the cases of questions, concerns or need of assistance, please approach either one of our friendly staff stationed near the jellyfish tank, located in the center of Solaris’s main exhibition hall.
We value your time and presence at the aquarium, but guests are not permitted to remain in the facility after hour.
To better assist our staff, we kindly ask our visitors to pre-arrange their traveling plans on their own. While the two of them are more than happy to help in any way possible during your visit, our staff remain on the premise of Solaris at all time.
In the unfortunate event where you happen to lose your valuable belongings, please do not hesitate to contact our Lost & Found department, but don’t lose your heart here, Solaris may be wonderful, but it is not the right place for such treasure to be lost and never found.
